Classic Furniture Collection does not have a minimum on opening orders for new customers.

Satisfaction Promise:  Classic Furniture Collection offers a satisfaction promise for our entire line of merchandise.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us immediately to arrange an exchange or a store credit within 14 days of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable and the BUYER will also be responsible for all shipping charges to return furniture to Classic Furniture Collection’s Warehouse in California.   All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of handling the item, insurance and damages.  If the item is damaged during shipping please see below Shipping Section.

Payments:  Classic Furniture Collection requires all orders be paid in full prior to shipping.   Also, we now require a 50% deposit on all custom orders for processing.  This includes colored items other than our pure white.  If a stop payment is made or a check is returned while the items are in transit, we have the right to have the shipment brought back to our warehouse at customer’s expense.

Shipping:  Classic Furniture Collection will arrange shipping to the destination of your choice, a receiver or directly to the home.   We will be happy to provide you with 3 quotes from 3 different trucking companies for the cost of shipping.  We will make the arrangements for you with any one of the 3 you choose.  Customer is responsible for the cost of freight.
In order to preserve the integrity of your furniture during shipping, it is covered in bubble wrap, then blanket wrapped before leaving our warehouse and remains protected this way until it reaches you.  Please unwrap and inspect the furniture at the time of delivery, WHILE THE DRIVER IS STILL THERE.  If there are any damages, notify the driver and write on the both yours and the driver's bill of lading.  The trucking company is responsible for any type of damage.   Refuse the damaged item and they will return the item to us and a replacement will be sent at no extra charge to you.

After Delivery:  Neither Classic Furniture Collection or the carrier accept any liability for any damages or missing items that are NOT noted on carriers Bill of Lading at time of delivery.
